Available for children ages 4-7
Our Princess Ballerina Camp is going to be magical! Campers will twirl into beautiful ballerina princesses with daily dance classes, arts ‘n crafts, enchanting ballet stories and videos, dress-up, princess tea-parties, ballerina rehearsals, and so much more. Every moment will be filled with dance, wonderful activities, and fairytale enchantment. The week-long camp will focus on favorite fairytale ballets, such as “Coppelia”, “Cinderella”, and “Sleeping Beauty”. We will have an end-of-week gala performance to showcase the students’ learning.

ATTIRE: Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair in ponytail or bun

Come join ‘yer fellow pirates for this swashbuckling-inspired dance camp. Get your sea legs ready as we learn to walk, talk, and dance like pirates. The week will include learning Pirate dance moves, Pirate games, stories, music, videos, and fun Pirate crafts such as Pirate flags and treasure maps. Parents will be invited to attend our spectacular “Pirate Production” on the last day of camp.

ATTIRE: Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, such as gym shorts and a t-shirt

Available for children ages 8+
The Ballet Workshop is for students that have completed two or more years of classical ballet training. In addition to focusing on proper body placement, flexibility, and overall ballet technique, the Workshop will also introduce other dance disciplines and dance-related subjects, such as French terminology, ballet stories and videos, dance history, choreography, make-up, modern dance, and much more. Parents will be invited to attend a mini-showcase performance at the end of the week. DANCE Sun Country students at this level are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop.

Available for children ages 6-11
Bring your dancing feet to Dance Party! Camp. Campers will explore Jazz, Hip-Hop and Musical Theatre dance, as well as many favorite “party” dances through the decades, including Swing, Disco, Line Dancing and the latest Hip-Hop moves. So come and feel the beat, bring your boogie shoes and join us for a week of movin’ and groovin’. An end-of-camp performance will be presented.

ATTIRE: Dance attire or comfortable, non-restrictive clothing

Available for children ages 3-4
Our Petite Princess Ballerina Camp is for the smallest of Princesses. These Princesses-in-training will be charmed with daily dance classes, princess stories and videos, constructing princess crafts, dressing as Princesses, and perfecting the traits of royalty. The week will culminate with a short Princess performance for family and friends.

ATTIRE: Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair in ponytail or bun. Dancers may also wear their favorite “Princess” attire over their leotard
